Burna Boy reveals he felt "totally sick" when he lost at the 62nd Grammy Awards

Burna Boy has finally disclosed how he felt when Angelique Kidjo was announced the winner of Best World Music Album category at the 2020 Grammys.

In an interaction with his fans on Twitter, one asked Ye’ hitmaker, “how did you feel losing the Grammy?”

“Sick. Totally sick,” Burna Boy, who was in the category with his album ‘The African Giant’, answered.

However, according to him Angelique Kidjo – the six-time Grammy winner – explained to him the ins and outs of the highly anticipated award event.

“My musical Mother @angeliquekidjo told me everything I needed to understand about the Grammys,” he added.

With that advice in mind, the Grammy-nominated act is working on making his next album “Twice as Tall”.

Burna Boy added that the album would be released in July 2020.
